🛒 How does it work?
Organisations can place one-off orders or set up regular deliveries directly through the Pantry website. An invoice will be sent after your goods are dispatched.

📦 What products are available?
You’ll find a range of core food support items including:

• Staple dry goods
• Bulk frozen meat
• Personal hygiene products
• Occasional clearance deals from supply partners

🚚 What is the lead time?
Orders dispatch from our Auckland distribution centre within 5 working days. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• North Island: 1–3 working days
• South Island: 5–10 working days

📉 What if something is out of stock?
We replenish regularly. If an item is out of stock, you’ll see an ETA (estimated time of arrival) on its product page. Similar substitute products may also be available.
